What if my item is backordered? A backordered item is an item that is out of stock, but will be restocked shortly. Buying something on backorder means that you will receive your item with a slight delay. For an ETA of when a backordered item will be restocked, again please email us!


We’re sure you’ll love your order, but just in case you change your mind or your purchase has arrived damaged, you can contact our team immediately and we’ll do our very best to sort it out for you.

Damaged or defective?

If your purchase is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will grant an exchange for the same exact product up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If for some reason we are sold out of the specific item, credit for the amount paid will be issued.

If your product stops functioning after 30 days, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, you may be eligible for repair or replacement from the manufacturer.  let us know the fault and we can get in touch with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Not what you expected?

hicurious accepts unwanted items for exchange for up to 14 days. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept unwanted returns if they are unused and in their original sealed packaging.  Should your unwanted item be returned to us in an unsanitary, opened or used condition, we will have no choice but to decline your refund and return the item to you.
